I created the book White Rose to help

feed the beauty inside that’s been there all along.

Inside is where the root of hungers come from.

I wrote down and painted about what I did to lose 45 pounds.

Nothing else worked.

Yet,  this is not a diet book; White Rose is not like anything else out there.
