Thanks for sharing the article and congrats on the mention! I was having a conversation with my friend the other day who is 34 and she said “we need to face it, we’re old now.” All I could do was laugh. My mom is 58 and when I told her what my friend said, she just shook her head – hahaha. I have never heard her talk negatively about aging. She embraces everything, with a little humor – just like you!
